This document governs the conditions of use of the services offered by X3 PADEL S.R.L., with registered address at Str. Dragoș Vodă nr. 31, încăperea 1, Timișoara, Timiș County, 300351, Romania, Tax Registration Number 54133065, registered at the Trade Register under no. J2026013907004.
By making a booking on www.x3padel.ro or by using the club's services, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
Bookings are made exclusively online through the platform integrated on www.x3padel.ro. A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been completed. In the absence of payment, the booking is automatically cancelled.
Payment is made in full online at the time of booking, by credit/debit card or other methods available on the platform. Prices displayed on the website include VAT and are expressed in RON.
Bookings cannot be modified (change of date or time). If you wish to book a different time or day, the existing booking must be cancelled and a new booking must be made, subject to availability.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booked time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked time are non-refundable. The full amount paid will be retained.
No-shows without prior cancellation are treated as cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and are charged in full.
Cancellations must be made exclusively through the platform or by contacting the club at contact@x3padel.ro.
Access to the courts is permitted only with appropriate equipment:
The club reserves the right to deny access to the court to players who do not comply with equipment requirements, without refund of the booking.
Any damage to the courts, equipment or club infrastructure caused by a player or their guests gives rise to an obligation to cover the costs of repair or replacement. The amount of damages will be determined by mutual agreement, depending on the severity of the damage.
X3 PADEL S.R.L. accepts no liability for injuries sustained on the courts or within the club premises. Use of the courts and equipment is entirely at the player's own risk.
Participants are encouraged to ensure they are physically fit to play and to use appropriate equipment to prevent injury.
X3 PADEL S.R.L. accepts no liability for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought onto the club premises.
Registration for events organised by X3 Padel (tournaments, americanos, brunches, etc.) is made through the platform or through the club's communication channels.
Each event will have its own participation, cancellation and refund policy, communicated at the time of the event's launch.
By registering for an event, the participant accepts the specific conditions of that event.
Bookings for activities dedicated to children (including X3 Mini Me and any training sessions for minors) can only be made by an adult.
At the date and time of the activity, at least one adult must be physically present at the club to accompany the minor. X3 PADEL S.R.L. does not assume supervision of minors in the absence of an accompanying adult.
X3 PADEL S.R.L. reserves the right to modify prices and services at any time. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for.
This document may be updated periodically. The date of the last update is displayed in the header of this document. Continued use of the services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this document will be resolved by the competent courts in Timișoara, Romania.
